Yes, there are cracks at
the Gunks and many of them can be found just behind Retribution
on the Mental Block. Spin a few Gunks horizontals 80 degrees
and you end up with a unique set of leaning cracks. If you
attempt some of the hands to offwidth cracks, you may want
to consider taping up. Quartzite crystals tend to be quite
unforgiving. Many parties toprope the routes on the Mental
Block, although most of the cracks can be led.
